How to Deal Lightning Damage

Use Lightning Spells or Weapon Skills

Base Upgraded
Levin → High Levin
Thundermine → High Thundermine
Sparkchain Stake → Boltchain Stake

You can cast Lightning Spells and Weapon Skills to inflict lightning damage on an enemy. Most Spells and Weapons Skills that can produce one of the elements are mostly available to Mages, Sorcerers, and Hybrid Vocations.

Infuse Weapons with Lightning Boon or Affinity

Base Upgraded
Lightning Boon → Lightning Affinity

A Mage can learn Lightning Boon and Lightning Affinity and cast them to infuse lightning into any weapon. You will be able to damage enemies with lightning using those spells, assuming you have a Mage that knows those spells!

Use Lightning-Infused Weapons

DragonLion-Lord's Archistaff

Although rare, some weapons in the game are already infused with lightning and can deal lightning damage if you strike an opponent. You can equip and use those weapons to inflict lightning damage.

Note that you may need to change your Vocation to use those weapons!
