Noonbloom can be obtained by doing different activities in the overworld. These include gathering, exploring, defeating monsters, and raising relationships with other characters.

A Noonbloom can be found northeast of Checkpoint Rest Town. It can be found slightly off the main path with other plants.
You can combine Noonblooms with other flowers like the Moonglow to create a Bunch of Flowers. These can greatly raise the affinity you have with your Pawns or NPCs.
If you don't have other flowers to combine with Noonblooms, they can be gifted as is to Pawns or NPCs to raise their affinity.
