Head to the North Vernworth Oxcart Station, where Donovan will initiate a conversation with you, asking you to deliver a letter from Margit to Lennart in Melve. If Donovan is not in the area, you might need to pass time for a day and check back in the morning to see if he's there.

The Oxcart Courier starts at the North Vernworth Oxcart Station.
Go to Melve from Vernworth via an oxcart. Choose to Doze Off to quickly arrive at your destination. Be careful, as you might encounter raids during transport!
Once you've arrived in Melve, look for Ser Lennart. In the morning, he can usually be found near the village well. He sports a feathered cape and has a distinct haircut. Deliver the letter to progress the quest.
Once you're back in Vernworth, speak with Donovan, and he'll thank you for your help. This will complete the quest, and you'll receive the quest's rewards.
