How to Complete The Regentkin's Resolve

  1. Speak with Sven
  2. Bring Disa to Sven
  3. Secure the Oxcarts

Speak with Sven

Dragon
Follow the quest marker and talk to Sven in his chambers in the Royal Quarter. He will tell you about the plans for evacuating Vermund.

Bring Disa to Sven

Dragon

Head to Disa's chambers just down the hall from Sven's and listen to her short rambling. When she's done, grab and carry her to Sven's room. Sven will then convince her to join the evacuation.

Secure the Oxcarts

Dragon

Head to the Merchant Quarter and find Allard near the gate on the west side. Simply pull out your weapon and Allard will flee, leaving the oxcarts behind.

Report back to Sven afterwards to conclude this quest.
