Maxing out all vocations will allow you to use the exclusive augments that each vocation has. Getting augments will open more possibilities when building your Arisen according to your playstyle. For example, the Thief Vocation's Verve augment is essential for most strength-oriented vocations!

Yes, For Those Planning on Playing Warfarer

The game incentivizes you to maximize the levels of each vocation since you can use all the weapon skills with the Warfarer! However, you cannot use the ultimate skills learned from Vocation Maisters.

Should You Change Vocations?

You Can Change Depending on Stats You Want to Grow

Dragon
In the early game, stat growth is important! If you are to change your vocation early on, prioritize leveling the vocations that give you additional stats that will benefit your favorite vocation. For example, change to Mage or Sorcerer if you want to increase your Magick stat!

However, it is not essential to jump between vocations if you do not find this playstyle enjoyable. Just keep note of the benefits of changing vocations as you will still grow as an Arisen, specifically up to the max level!
