How to Combine Items

How to Combine Items

  1. Access the Items Menu
  2. Enter the Combine Menu
  3. Use the Experiment Tab for New Recipes
  4. Use the Use Recipe Tab for Known Recipes

Access the Items Menu

Dragon

To start combining items, access the Items Menu from the Pause Menu.

This menu contains all the items, including equipment, carried by the whole party.

Enter the Combine Menu

Dragon

In the Items Menu, press the “Combine” Button found on the top-left to enter the Combine Menu. Alternatively, select an item and choose “Combine” to access this menu.

Two main ways to combine items are through experiments or a recipe.

Use the Experiment Tab for New Recipes

Dragon

The Experiment section of the Combine Menu highlights all your items that can be combined with another item in your inventory.

Selecting two items in the menu combines them into the resulting item.

Items will still be highlighted despite having no known recipes for that item. This is best used for exploring more item combinations.

Use the Use Recipe Tab for Known Recipes

Dragon

The Use Recipe section lists all the recipes you have discovered.

Selecting a recipe combines the listed items, resulting in a new item.

This option is best used for crafting items you have discovered already.

Salubrious Draught

Salubrious DraughtSalubrious Draught A nourishing restorative, common throughout the land. Consume it to recover a fair amount of Health.

Apple × Greenwarish

Salubrious Draught is the basic healing potion and will recover a good chunk of your health. Combine a Greenwarish and an Apple to get a Salubrious Draught.

Fruit Roborant

DragonFruit Roborant A medicinal pellet containing bits of fruit. Consume it to recover a greal deal of Health.

Dried Fruit × Morningtide

Fruit Roborants are a slightly more potent healing item. Combine Greenwarish or Morningtide with Dried Fruit to get a Fruit Roborant.

You can combine ripened fruits to get a Dried Fruit.

Harspud Roborant

DragonHarspud Roborant A nutritious pellet formed of mashed harspuds. Consume it to recover a greal deal of Stamina.

If you find yourself struggling for stamina to deal devastating attacks when the enemy's open, use a Harspud Roborant to recover a good amount of stamina.

Combine a Greenwarish or Morningtide with Dried Spud to create a Harspurd Roborant.

Detoxifying Decoction

DragonDetoxifying Concoction A decoction that counteracts poisons and venoms. Use it to cure the blighted debilitation.

Syrupwort Leaf × Pitywort

Detoxifying Decoction is a cure for Blighted Debilitation. The blighted status effect will make you lose health over time for a long duration and can be fatal if left alone.

Lantern Oil

DragonLantern Oil Fuel for a portable lantern. Slowly consumed while the lantern is lit.

Two Rotten Items (Meat or Fruit)

Lantern Oil has many uses and is one of the easiest items to craft in the game. You can make a Lantern Oil by combining any Rotten Meat or Rotten Fruit.

You can use Lantern Oil to fuel up your lantern or craft other items like Exploding Arrows, so you don't have to buy them from merchants to save money. Crafting Lantern Oil is also a good way to get rid of rotten items instead of discarding or selling them.

Mighty Roborant

DragonMighty Roborant A pellet with impressive medicinal properties. Restores a great deal of Health and Stamina when consumed.

Fruit Roborant × Cinnamon Bark

Mighty Roborant can heal a great amount of health and stamina and is especially good to use during battle. You won't need to consume two items to recover health and stamina when you have a Mighty Roborant.

You can craft a Mighty Roborant by combining a Cinnamon Bark to Harspud Roborant, Roe Roborant, Mincemeat Roborant, or Fruit Roborant.

Bunch of Flowers

DragonBunch of Flowers A pellet with impressive medicinal properties. Restores a great deal of Health and Stamina when consumed.

Noonbloom × Moonglow

Bunch of Flowers are easy-to-craft items you can give to the NPCs to raise their Affinity. You can craft one if you combine Sunbloom, Moonglow, or Noonbloom!
