Slower Movement Speed

Carrying too much weight in your backpack will greatly impede your movement speed as noted by the overencumbered notation on your weight bar.

Consider selling your items or depositing some of your stuff at your storage to free up space in your bag.

Faster Stamina Drain

Dragon

Not only does having too much weight affect movement speed, but it also drains your stamina a lot quicker.
