How to Complete A Magisterial Amenity

  1. Find Waldhar's Confiscated Spectacles
  2. Return the Spectacles to Waldhar

Find Waldhar's Confiscated Spectacles

Dragon

After picking up the quest from Waldhar, exit the building and follow the quest marker south towards the Royal Quarter.

Head to the storage room located in the southwest corner of the Masquerade Hall and pick up the Exquisite Spectacles sitting on a rack.

Note: It's best to do this quest during day time so the guards will not mind you. Otherwise, you'll need to equip the Courtly Breeches and Courtly Tunic to blend in.

How to Tell and Advance Time

Return the Spectacles to Waldhar

Return to Waldhar beneath the Gracious Hand and hand him the spectacles to conclude the side quest.
