Find Glyndwr at the plaza of Vernworth's Merchant's Quarter. He'll be happy to receive any bow you provide him. This inspires him to improve his bowmanship and asks you to learn alongside him. Accept his offer to train in the ruins north of Trevo Mine.

Make for Glyndwr's Place of Training

Dragons Dogma 2 - Gift of the Bow Mountain Ruins and Glyndwr

After accepting Glyndwr's Offer to practice, the elf suggests to train in the ruins north of Trevo Mine. You can get there by venturing northwest of Vernworth. Mind the enemies along the way as the area is home to larger threats including more cyclops.

Dragons Dogma 2 - Gift of the Bow Shoot the Targets

Exhibit your bowmanship to Glyndwr by firing a steady shot at the wooden targets hanging from the nearby stone arches. By landing a shot, Glyndwr will praise your archery skills and thank you for the demonstration. Your performance has enlightened Glyndwr and given him the wisdom and courage to face his Trial of Archery.
