Army Warehouses Location
The PSZ-12V Bulat is found at the ground floor of the Army Warehouse within the Chemical Plant region. You can make your way there if you have unlocked the Western Checkpoint in the Lesser Zone by progressing the main story.
ⓘ When going to the warehouse, you'll come across a tunnel. It's best to go over it to avoid encountering groups of enemies.

Enter the Army Warehouse at the ground floor, then look for a locked door with a keypad. The access code to this door is 0690 (it's found at the Northwest Warehouse but you don't have to go there to discover it).

PSZ-12V Bulat
The PSZ-12V Bulat will be on a table once you have unlocked the door.

The PSZ-12V Bulat is located at the ground floor of the Army Warehouse in the Chemical Plant region. This region becomes accessible once you have unlocked the checkpoint exits near the end of the main mission Behind Seven Seals.

You can also find the Lullaby in a Journalist's Stash at the 2nd floor of the Army Warehouse if you own the Ultimate Edition DLC of the game.
