You can get a free PSZ-9D Duty Armor when you find all the three keys to unlock the locked doors at the Agricultural Workshop.

Yellow Key 1 Location

The first yellow key is found beside the body on top of the scaffolding that contains numerous electro anomalies inside the warehouse at the western part of the workshop.

Yellow Key 2 Location

The second yellow key is located on top of a drawer near the body inside the room that contains a Burer.

Key to the Old Padlock Location

You can find the Key to the Old Padlock beside the body inside a locked room. You will need to shoot the padlock from an open door blocked by a stack of pallets to reach the room.
