You can find the Bulwark Exosuit inside a locked room at the second floor of the Music School at Prypiat.

How to Open the Locked Door

Throw a Grenade at the Second Floor of the Building
Throw a bolt to destroy the glass at the window and then throw a grenade inside. This causes the locked door inside to open.

Go to the right side of the building to enter it.

Head up the stairs until you reach the second floor. Make sure to do the next steps quickly as entering the room causes hallucinations.
