Inside a Train Wagon Southeast of WSD Base

The SSP-100 Discovery armor can be found inside a train wagon at the southeast of WSD Base. You need to shoot the lock through the hole to open the wagon. Once inside, head to the sofa where you will see the armor beside it.

WSD Base is located at the west of the Jupiter Region.
