How to Get the SEVA-D Suit

Obtain at the Cage in Cement Factory Region

The SEVA-D Suit can be found on top of a construction building at Cage area in the Cement Factory region. You will need to make your way up building, navigating girders and enduring a unique anomaly field that deals tick damage to your health. Make sure to prepare healing items before going up!

You can reach the Cement Factory region and Cage if you go straight west of Slag Heap, exiting Garbage. The Cement Factory base will be to its north should you choose to look for an alternate base to return to after.

Where to Upgrade SEVA-D Suit

Upgrade at Sgt. Kmaruk in Cement Factory Base

The SEVA-D Suit can be upgraded at the Technician Sgt. Kmaruk at the Cement Factory base north of the Cement Factory region. You can reach the Cement Factory base by going slightly northeast of Slag Heap.

Upgrade at Screw in Rostok

The SEVA-D Suit can be upgraded at the Technician Screw in Rostok. In Rostok, Screw's room can be found beside the same building of the traders Birch and Eugene, and is also near the room of your bed and stash.
