Throne and Liberty(TL) - New Open World Dungeon Loot Drops (November)

Field Boss (World Boss) armor, such as the prized Ascended Guardian Gloves, can now be obtained from mobs and elites in Throne and Liberty (TL) since the 1.8.0 Update. Check out the new sources for field boss (world boss) armor in this guide.

New Sources of World Boss Armor

Introduced in Patch 1.8.0

Previously, the most coveted pieces of armor, such as the Phantom Wolf Gloves, were only available as drops from their respective bosses. Now elites and other enemy types have the chance to drop them too since the 1.8.0 update released on November 21.

These armors can now be obtained from open world dungeons as well as 2-star dungeons.

Players would no longer have to wait for Elder Nirma to show up if they wanted these specific pieces of armor, as they would now be available from other enemy types and elites.

Ascended Guardian Gloves and Field General Sabatons are now available from the Dark Wizards! This means that players will have a chance to stumble upon these pieces of armor if they're lucky.

Sanctum of Desire

Shadow Harvester Boots are now available from the Avolos Umbrancer. Oddly enough, these do not drop from Junobote, so expect heavy competition from other players whenever the Umbrancer spawns!

Saurodoma Island

The Field General's Gauntlets and Phantom Wolf Breeches can be obtained from the Reptilian Soldier, a very common enemy on Saurodoma Island.

Farm them alongside the Reptilian Butcher when it occasionally spawns to get these drops.
