This game is a bit messyy and some of these bugs are pretty funny. Like being able to one-shot (25x dmg multiplier) minotaurs if they charge at you, or Griffins receiving 6x less damage from bows for some reason, or AoE spells being able to hit every weak point on Purgeners multiple times.
Anybody else see this. Pops up and can't close

Nesting Problems quest broken on PS5
Sigurd Meister scroll has broken - in first play though, I got the cutscene at the tower by accident and left the area without fighting the dragon, and forgot about it. In all NG+ Sigurd never shows up in Melve (dragon dies instead of flying off), there is no cutscene at the tower, and Sigurd stays in Harve, repeating the dialogue asking for his name or about his manner of fighting. No option to give gifts, and killing him (or carrying him to tower) doesn’t fix.
I beat Dragons Dogma 2 with zero glitches. On new game plus now my pawn doesn’t have an ID. Any ideas?
not sure if it is a bug but my pawn would stand still as i am still running. i know in Dragon's Dogma 1 my pawn would always follow me unless i told her to wait but in dd2 i have to i keep telling my pawn to come to me
I thought I had done everything to perfection in the "A Case of Sculptor's Block" quest. I used Medusa head on the Griffin, etc. Met with Fulvio in his house and he invited me to attend the unveiling. I even slept in an inn before trying to join him in Vernworth. I've gone up to the house in the Noble Quarter and he is there with two other men, just outside the closed door where they will unveil it. But... nothing happens to conclude the quest. I keep going up to Fulvio and he says stuff like "
The True Arisen achievement (earned all other DD2 achievements)on Xbox Series X did not unlock for me when I got my last achievement.
So it figured itself out thankfully. I went there again and the guards were fighting goblins. The quest progressed after I killed the goblins. Thank fuck
Unlocked the Wild Furie Meister/Ultimate skill for Mystic Spearhand but it doesn't show up anywhere in the list of skills to equip at the Vocation Guild. Used the scroll, it showed the on-screen animation/graphic for unlocking it, but no skill.
Can't continue arisens shadow. It says discontinued and completed at the same time. Brant never gave me an update about the prisoner and its been well over a week.
Been having trouble getting the tome for the Wayfaer vocation. I completed the quest on my first playthrough and he just repeats the same lines every time I try to talk to him. I have killed him, myself, my pawns, and resurrected and have tried everything. Even started new game plus and he still manages not to give me the Grandmaster tome. Any ideas why?
(Continuing my rant) Since the guards are there. I have rested at an in and can therefore not use that save. The game has saved since because this was many hours ago and I am now hardlocked out of continuing with the main story on the first mission in the capital.
On the ”monster culling” quest, in trevo mines I accidentilly let the guards kill the goblins by themselves, I didn’t know how to fond the area and saw a few purple health bars dropping. When I eventuelly found the area through the roof entrance on the back side of the mountain all the goblins were dead as well as the guard you talk to. I revived the guard and talkens to him, the mission won’t continue since I haven’t helped them kill the goblins and the goblins wont respawn since the guard are.
And now i fell like a fool, for not knowing that, but a thousands thanks to you. Found her, revived her, and can now finally move on

Main quest is bugged for me. Nation of the lambent flame, the last of it. Manella won't show up outside the tavern. So i can't move forward at all.
Stuck on Halls of the first Dawn. It says to speak with Rothias but he won’t talk every time I press the “Hail” button. It’s progression-preventing
Stuck while doing post game true ending quest, melennia nowhere to find to stop the 2 npc fight and other npc actually managed to kill the other person, they were fist fighting when i got to bakk and didnt stop nor the melennia didnt come, i failed assassin quest before post game soi maybe thats why? anyways, now im stuck in post game and cant progress into ng+ before i find the missing npc
