Precious Accessory Growthstones are used to upgrade your Epic Accessories via the Equipment Enchanting menu. Each level you go up, you will need to spend an increasing amount of Precious Accessory Growthstones.

Note: The amount of growth EXP you get will be based on the Equipment Upgrade Rate values shown in the Equipment Enchanting screen. For consecutive low rolls, expect to spend at least 4 times the amount of growthstones.
