Steel Fishing Rod can be crafted by the Sundries Crafter NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. Click on the Bag symbol in the NPC's crafter menu to find the option to craft Steel Fishing Rod.
How to Use Steel Fishing Rod
Improves Chances of Catching Difficult Fish
The Steel Fishing Rod is a direct upgrade to the Bamboo Fishing Rod that will increase your Fishing Level by 1, This makes it easier for you to catch fishes that were previously difficult to reel in.
You'll be able to fish at most bodies of water in the game, just make sure you have both your Fishing Rod and Bait equipped.
