Bamboo Fishing Rod can be bought from the Contract Coin Merchant found in major towns and cities in Solisium. These unique merchants have special items that they sell in exchange for Contract Coins - a type of currency earned by completing Contracts in Throne and Liberty.
The Bamboo Fishing Rod is used to unlock the Fishing system in Throne and Liberty. Once equipped along with Bait, you will be able to start catching fish at most bodies of water in-game.

Bamboo Fishing Rod can be used to craft the Uncommon Steel Fishing Rod in Throne and Liberty.
