Visit Harve Village after completing Monster Culling, and Fyoran will approach and ask for your help clearing the village of Saurians.

Scaly Invaders starts near the Stormwind Cave in Melve.
Make your way to the town and take out the Saurians. These are slightly easier to fight since you're engaging them in a relatively open area, so make sure to prioritize cutting their tails to weaken them.
Once you're done, report back to Fyoran and he'll ask you to visit the town in a couple of days. You'll need to leave the village so that the villagers can start repairing and to progress the quest.
Wait for 2-3 and return to Harve Village and Fyoran will once again ask your help clearing more Saurians looking to encroach in the village.
The villagers will help you during this fight so make sure to kill all the Saurians as soon as possible to avoid casualties.
Once all Saurians are defeated, report back to Fyoran for a cutscene which completes the quest.
