The Vernworth Portcrystal is found right outside the building that houses the Grand Riftstone of Vermund. You reach Vernworth by the main quest Seat of the Sovran.
Walkthrough and Progression Guide
The Harve Village Portcrystal is found at the southwestern part of the village. It's outside the cave that you enter during the Monster Culling quest, so make sure to activate it when you pass through Harve Village for that quest. You can reach Harve Village by traveling west out of Vernworth, then going southwest along the shore.
The Seafloor Shrine Portcrystal is found a bit towards the east of Seafloor Shrine. You only get access to this portcrystal after the Legacy quest and initiating the True Ending.
Once you activate one portcrystal in the Unmoored World, you gain access to all portcrystal locations. The Seafloor Shrine Portcrystal is the closest Portcrystal to your starting point in the Unmoored World, so prioritize activating it for more fast travel options in the Unmoored World.
The Sacred Arbor Portcrystal is found at the northern side of Sacred Arbor. You similarly only get access to this portcrystal after the Legacy quest and initiating the True Ending.
The Agamen Volcanic Island is found along the shore path heading southeast from Bakbattahl. The location won't be immediately available to you upon arriving at the Agamen Volcanic Island area, as you'll have to get access to this portcrystal after the Legacy quest and by initiating the True Ending.
There is no Bakbattahl Portcrystal. However, it is possible to place down your own Portcrystal anywhere in the area, so that you have an easy fast travel point to Bakbattahl.
Bakbattahl is one of the best portcrystal placements on the map, since you'll be revisiting this area a lot. We highly recommend placing a Portcrystal here, somewhere near the house that you can buy.
There are only 2 Portcrystals on the World Map, while 3 more Portcrystal locations are unlocked on the Unmoored World Map. Toggle the Map dropdown to see all Portcrystal locations.

The best place to put a portable crystal is Bakbattahl since it has no fixed portcrystal of its own. Other recommendations are the Volcanic Island Camp, the Excavation Site, and in Sacred Arbor since they do not have functional oxcart routes.
All Fast Travel Points: How to Fast Travel
The player will travel to and from Bakbattahl a lot in the story so it is a good idea to plop down a portable portcrystal in this location. We suggest setting it up in front of your house so you can easily rest and organize your belongings.

The Volcanic Island Camp and the Excavation Site are also a prime location to put down your portable portcrystal. Both locations do not have oxcart routes and are integral to the story of Dragon's Dogma 2.
The Sacred Arbor has no oxcart routes and it is quite difficult to get there by foot, even from Vernworth. We suggest setting up a portable portcrystal here in case you need to go back here and in its immediate vicinity.

This Portcrystal can be found in the Forested Griffin's Nest in the Misty Marshes, which can be found to the west of Vernworth and to the northeast of Checkpoint Rest Town. If you find the Griffin is sleeping, the Portcrystal would be nestled beneath it.
This Portcrystal can be obtained as a reward for completing the main quest, Feast of Deception.
Feast of Deception Walkthrough and Rewards
This Portcrystal can be purchased from the Dragonforged in the Bay Wayside Shrine north of Bakbattahl for 20 Wrymslife Crystals (WLC).
This Portcrystal can be purchased as a microtransaction for $2.99 from the Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, and Steam.
To place a Portcrystal, open your inventory from the game menu, find the Portcrystal, then use it to plop it down right where you're standing. You can place the Portcrystal absolutely anywhere on the map, so long as there is space for it, preferably outdoors.
In addition, these Portcrystals can be picked up and reused again after placing them down.
Other than setting up your own Portcrystal, there are several fixed Portcrystals around the map. Simply interact with them one time to activate them, afterwards, you can begin warping to them anytime you wish to do so.
The first one you'll likely encounter is the one in Vernworth during the main quest Seat of the Sovran, so don't forget to interact with that one.
Consuming a Ferrystone lets you instantly teleport to a Portcrystal you've placed, or to those that you've activated in fixed locations on the map.
You can get Ferrystones by purchasing them from stores or looting from chests. One easy way of getting a Ferrystone is by giving your first Seeker's Token to any guild hall or inn.
Keep in mind there are some places in the game that prevent you from using Ferrystones. Specifically, you can't use Ferrystones indoors, as it will just bounce around different surfaces after you throw it.
Hey, I’m on a second playthrough and just on the quest ‘A Candle in the Storm’ and ran to the front of Bakbattahl after going to the goal to speak to someone and one has appeared at the front so no need to use a portcrystal here.
