Frigor can be unlocked by reaching Rank 3 of the Mage or Sorcerer vocations. Purchase this skill at a Vocation Guild to equip it.

Raise the Vocation rank level by earning Discipline Points (DP) from activities such as defeating enemies with the vocation equipped.
