Fonsiné Barracuda is obtained by Fishing in Freshwater areas. Go to the isolated bodies of water in the areas listed above to start fishing for Fonsine Barracuda.
Once you get your first Bamboo Fishing Rod during the Chapter 3 Appendix quest, Adventures of the Expedition, you'll be able to start Fishing provided you have enough Bait to do so.

| The Fonsiné barracuda has a gray body dotted with white markings, giving it a distinctive appearance. Its long, stiff body resembles a skewer, and its sharp teeth and fierce temper make it a highly dangerous fish. It's said to be native to the Fonsiné River in Belphoret, but can also be found in Veder Mountains and near Stonegard. | |||
