What to Do When You Can't Get In to Early Access
Wait for a Fix Confirmation from the TLGameStatus Twitter
The official Throne & Liberty game status twitter has posted that an issue has been found with some players who purchased Early Access. This seems to primarily affect players who received download codes or purchased the game directly from Amazon.
UPDATE: A new tweet from the official twitter has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Check your game and let us know in the comments if you're still encountering issues!
Check the Known Issues
The Throne & Liberty official twitter has shared a list of known issues with the game. If you're still having difficulty entering the game, check the list and the official discord linked here to see if your problem is shown.
Communicate with Other Users
Early Access has just been made available, and with so many players starting at once, there might be some delays before all players are able to enter the game.

Players on all platforms can gain Early Access by purchasing any of the Early Access Packs on Amazon, Steam, Playstation Store, or Microsoft Store. Xbox Players specifically will also require Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass Core to get in.
Throne and Liberty does not have cross-progression, and the Packs' contents are account-bound, so you can't share an Early Access Pack's rewards across different platforms or accounts. However, you can upgrade your Early Access Pack for more rewards through your platform's specific process.

There are currently Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Early Access Packs available in each platform's online store, with varying in-game rewards that will become available in your menu during Early Access after you clear the tutorial and reach Kastleton.
The Early Access rewards are a combination of premium currency and cosmetics, offering no explicit gameplay advantages. Aside from 5 days of early access, all three Packs come with at least the Shadow Lion, Radiant Swan and Radiant Otter Morphs, the Radiant Lulu Amitoi, and the Explorer

For players that wish to try the game even before Early Access, Throne and Liberty is undergoing a soft launch in a total of 19 select regions for PC players.
New players will have to select the region they will be playing from during sign-up, assuming it falls within the service coverage area, to access the game. Take note that after signing up, you cannot change your account's region afterward.
Get the Purple App to Install the Game
To install the game early, you will have to create an NCSOFT Account and download the PURPLE PC Client. After installing PURPLE, launch it and look for Throne and Liberty in the Store, then press Install Game to start downloading the title.
