How to Play Tales From Mt. Firmament

Arrive at Mt. Firmament in the Main Quest To Mt. Firmament

Apart from reaching Union Level 14, players must also reach the new area Mt. Firmament, unlocked through the Main Story Quest To Mt. Firmament, to access the event.

Unlock Tasks Through Main Story Progression

A new panel lights up on the screen door each time a player finishes the associated Main Quest under Chapter 1 Act 7 Thaw of Eons, unlocking new tasks to complete within Mt. Firmament.

First Impression will be the first list of tasks you unlock after reaching Mt. Firmament through the Main Quest To Mt. Firmament.

Reach Mt. Firmament

Reaching Mt. Firmament through the Main Story Quest To Mt. Firmament will complete the first task and unlock the event.

Activate the Nexus Tower in Hongzhen

This task can be completed by activating the Nexus Tower that you come across in Hongzhen while doing the Main Story Quest To Mt. Firmament.

Soak in the Sagaci Springs

You may track the location of Sagaci Springs through the event tab, and fast-travel to the Huanglong-Mt. Firmament-Xuanji Ridges Resonance Beacon. Swimming around in the Sagaci Springs located west of Hongzhen will complete this task.

Complete the Stone Lift Challenge at Luminous Shore

Location
You can find the Stone Lift Challenge on the peak of the arch at Luminous Shore.

2	Step on the right stone platform two times to raise the pillar with the Light Emitter.

You may complete this task by opening the gate to the ruins during the Truthseeker's Pass Main Story Quest.

Complete the Echo Challenge: Clang Bang at Xuanji Ridges

Solution

Head over to the Echo Challenge: Clang Bang at Xuanji Ridges by fast-traveling to the northwestern Huanglong-Mt. Firmament-Xuanji Ridges Resonance Beacon and walking a few paces toward the shore to find the Echo Challenge.

Transform into a Clang Bang and place yourself facing forward on top of the ice cubes further back on the right to match the other diagrams.

Defeat the Lumiscale Construct at Loong's Ridge

Head over to the location of the Lumiscale Construct by fast-traveling to the southeastern Huanglong-Mt. Firmament-Xuanji Ridges Resonance Beacon and heading to the ruins there.

Complete the Echo Challenge: Clang Bang at Hongzhen

Solution

Fast-travel to the Huanglong-Mt. Firmament-Hongzhen Resonance Beacon in Hongzhen and walk the path going south until you reach the Echo Challenge: Clang Bang pedestal.

Transform into a Clang Bang and insert yourself facing forward on the second tier, between the two ice cubes, in order to match the diagram to the left.

Complete the Echo Challenge: Clang Bang at Coiled Loong Cliff

Solution

You can reach this Echo Challenge by fast-traveling to the Huanglong-Mt. Firmament-Loong's Crest Resonance Beacon and gliding down from the cliff to get inside the mouth of the dragon.

Transform into a Clang Bang and place yourself next to the rightmost column of ice cubes to complete the sequence pattern of the diagrams.

Complete the Stone Lift Challenge at Tianqu Tree

Location
Fast-travel to the Huanglong-Mt. Firmament Resonance Beacon north of Tianqu Tree.

1	Step on the leftmost stone platform once to raise the pillar with the Light Gatherer.
2	Step on the rightmost stone platform once to lower the first pillar blocking the light beam.

Defeat the Mighty Lightcrusher

Head over to the island between Luminous Shore and Xianju Ridges and deafeat the Might Lightcrusher. Do note that this enemy will always remain at a level of 120 regardless of your SOL3 Phase Rank.

Submit all of the Windchimers that you currently have to Xian'ge until it reaches Level 4. Doing so will complete this task.

Break the Seal Placed in the Seaside Ruins at Loong's Crest

Location
Scale the Seaside Ruins under Loong's Crest to reach the sealed entrance.
Step	Solution
1	Interact with the Echo Challenge: Clang Bang module hidden at the side of the entrance and transform into a Clang Bang.
2	Step onto the Leap Pad facing the ice barrier and launch yourself to break it down.
3	Pick up the first Weight Block right outside the entrance and place it down on the rightmost Pressure Platform.
4	Interact with the Chronosorter outside the ruins and move the timeline to the right.
5	Pick up the second Weight Block tucked under the right side of the ruins and place it on the fallen stone slab.
6	Return to the Chronosorter and move the timeline to the left in order to transport the Weight Block to the top floor.
7	Once there, pick up the second Weighted Block and place it down on the leftmost Pressure Platform.

Defeat the Construct - Protective Scales

Head over to the area below Loong's Crest to the location of the Construct - Protective Scales and defeat it. Before fighting it, do note that this enemy will always remain at a level of 120 regardless of your SOL3 Phase Rank.
