Deliver the Materials to Queequeg

After lighting up the lighthouse in Serene Bay, make your way to Queequeg at the norther part of Port of Riccioli and hand over these materials to him to finish building the Pequod:

1. 200 Palm Logs
2. 10,00 Riccioli Fishery Coins
3. Pequod Blueprint: Advanced

Locate Ahab and Learn About the Final Island

Speak with Ahab at the location where the Pequod is anchored, and listen to him talk about the Reyes Ruins. The old Sailor mentions that he has found a way to bypass the storm engulfing the ruins, then asks the Rover and Phoebe to meet him at a small island.

Set Sail on your Gondola toward the designated islet and watch a cutscene where Starbuck successfully clears the storm by passionately professing his love to the descendants of Reyes.

Discuss the Island With Phoebe

Now on the island, speak with Phoebe who remarks that Ahab's movements feel suspicious. With that, she sends the Rover on their way to investigate around the island in search of answers.

Climb to the top of the ruins above Phoebe where a podium is located. View the scripture on it, then make preparations to Set Sail and find the Gift hidden in the ocean.

Solve the First Ghost's Riddle

Sail northwest toward an islet in Reyes Ruins where the first ghost can be found, and observe the silhouette of the fish that it needs shown on the left side of the screen. In this case, the first Ghost requires a Sob Blob.

Head toward the nearest fishing spot where a Sob Blob can be found and make sure to catch a non-mutant variant of it. Afterwards, return to the first ghost and insert the fish in its designated slot. A cutscene will then be played, where the first braziers leading toward the lighthouse are lit.

Solve the Second Ghost's Riddle

From the first ghost, sail toward the second ghost at the smaller islet southeast from it. Upon speaking with them, they will request a Dead Man's Eye. Do not forget to empty your cargo first before sailing toward the next fishing location to make room for more fish!

head toward the nearest location of the requested fish, and successfully catch a non-mutant version of it! Return to the second ghost once more and turn over the Dead Man's Eye to watch a cutscene where the second braziers are lit.

Solve the Third Ghost's Riddle

From the Reyes Ruins dock, sail southeast toward an islet where the third ghost is located. They will request a Clione which is the last fish needed for these string of requests.

Head to the nearest designated fishing spot and catch a regular Clione, then return to the third ghost to hand it over. Once done, the third and final set of braziers will light up at the lighthouse.

Light Up the Lighthouse at Reyes Ruins

Ride the Wingray from the Reyes Ruins docks up to the lighthouse and interact with the beacon to light it up. Aftewards, glide down to the base of the ruins to meet with Phoebe and discuss the clues you have gathered.

Locate Ahab

Once your conversation is done, head to the second floor of the ruins to look for Ahab, although only a letter from him greets you on the table. Reading it will reveal that he has run away by himself in pursuit of The Tidebreaker.

This then triggers a cutscene where Ishmael and a hologram of Brant meet up with the Rover and Phoebe on Reyes Islands as they witness Starbuck, presumably entranced by a siren, sail his way into a whirlpool!

Meet Brant Aboard the Pequod and Set Sail

Speak to brant on the Pequod and select the Aye, aye, Captain Brant! option to follow Starbuck into the whirlpool. This will immediately play a cutscene and result in a battle with Lorelei's Kindred: Outcast of the Depths which is a Lorelei boss enemy.

The Rover (Spectro) will be joined by Phoebe and Brant in this fight, so take advantage of this opportunity to deal the most synergized and epic blows! Once the Lorelei's health is reduced, it will quickly retreat from battle and end the fight. This inevitably collapses the whirlpool, but luckily the Rover and their companions are saved by The Tidebreaker!

Wait For Phoebe to Recover

After the cutscene where Rover and their companions wake up on the shores of Reyes Ruins, set your in-game time in between the hours of 4:00 and 9:00. Afterwards, board your Gondola and set sail toward the islet located northwest of Reyes Ruins to meet up with Phoebe.

Upon reaching the islet, a cutscene plays where Phoebe and The Tidebreaker share a heartfelt conversation with Abby's translating help. The quest concludes afterward, allowing you to collect all the rewards!
