The math is not mathing. "05:59 (UTC+8) to June 28, 13:00 (UTC+8)" <- that's 7 hours. How can the maintenance for CEST only be 12AM to 5AM if it's 7 hours? Or what about UTC with 10AM to 3AM? I glanced over a couple more, almost all of them are wrong.
