Can You Get Wine?

Currently No Way to Get Wine in the Global Release Build

Unlike the Korean (KR) client of Throne and Liberty, the Global Release version currently has no way to get Wine as a cooking ingredient. Normally, it would be sold by the Sundries Merchant, but the current build does not include Wine in this merchant's inventory.
