Belphoret Bass is obtained by Fishing in Freshwater areas. Go to the isolated bodies of water in the areas listed above to start fishing for Belphoret Bass.
Once you get your first Bamboo Fishing Rod during the Chapter 3 Appendix quest, Adventures of the Expedition, you'll be able to start Fishing provided you have enough Bait to do so.
