You can obtain this weapon after defeating Astel, Naturalborn of the Void. He is the boss of the Lake of Rot area.

To reach his boss room, you must cross to the southwestern area of the Lake of Rot to find the Grand Cloister. From the Site of Grace, make your way down and look for the large entrance where several Kindred of Rot are clustered. Go left from that entrance to find a waterfall and get into the coffin.

How to Use Bastard's Stars

Magic Flail

The Bastard's Stars has short range and fast normal attacks with hard hitting strong attacks. Its weapon skill Nebula swings the flail in an arc leaving a trail of celestial bodies that explode after short period dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies.

It can deal constant and high damage to bosses especially those that are weak to magic and a good weapon for clearing large groups of enemies.
