Weapon Explanation
Elden Ring - Prince of DeathPrince of Death's Staff ・Gets the highest Sorcerey Scaling at higher levels. At 80 Intelligence and 80 Faith, you outperform the INT-only Carian Regal Scepter by a large margin.
・Viable for min-max builds that want to hit the 80 FAI/INT hard caps, early (e.g., glass cannon builds).
Elden Ring - Carian Regal ScepterCarian Regal Scepter ・Gets the highest Sorcery Scaling for pure INT builds after hitting 80 Intelligence.
・Enhances Full Moon sorceries, which pays off when utilizing a pure INT spellcasting build due to the damage and special reactions of the Moon projectiles (e.g., they can block incoming spells).
Elden Ring - Maternal StaffMaternal Staff
(DLC)		 ・Since it also scales with Arcane (A-scaling at +25), it also affects the Blood Loss buildup of sorceries like Impenetrable Thorns.
・Can be power-stanced with a Staff of the Guilty off-hand if you plan to use Thorn Sorceries in a Sorcery-Bleed build.
Elden Ring - LusatLusat's Glintstone Staff ・Can be used in lieu of the Academy Glintstone Staff and Carian Regal Scepter at 60 and 80 INT to deal more damage at the cost of higher FP consumption.
・Only really viable if you're running a pure INT spellcasting build with a high Mind stat.
Elden Ring - Meteorite StaffMeteorite Staff
(DLC)		 ・Gets S-scaling for Intelligence even without upgrades.
・Easily obtainable during the early-game, making it perfect for starter INT spellcasters.
・Boosts Gravity sorceries which are some of the best damaging and poise breaking sorceries when you first start an NG playthrough.

While not on this list, Glintstone Staves like the Academy Glintstone Staff and the Carian Glintstone Staff get special mentions due to their use cases during the mid to late game.

At 60 INT, you get better Sorcery Scaling with the Academy Glintstone Staff, making it a good option until you can reach the 80 INT hard cap. The Carian Glintstone Staff, on the other hand, enhances Carian Sword Sorceries which are perfect for Spellsword PvP builds.
