Can't Play Multiplayer Error on Xbox

What is the Error?

Before, there were numerous reports have come forward of Xbox players encountering the error message whenever they attempt to play Throne and Liberty on multiplayer. As such, many Xbox players are unable to play the game despite having bought the early access to it.
This error message usually appears when your Xbox privacy and online safety settings are not set correctly. However, players have reported still encountering the same error regardless of whether they have correctly fixed their settings or not.
According to the reports, players who have contacted Xbox support for this issue said that the error will have to be fixed by the Throne and Liberty Team and not Xbox.
Throne and Liberty Team Acknowledgement
The issue has reached the Throne and Liberty team, and mentioned that they are working on resolving the issue but the time frame is still undetermined.

Currently, there has been no sure fix for this error. Xbox players affected by this issue will have to wait for the Throne and Liberty team to resolve this on their end.
Microsoft Suggestions
Microsoft support suggested the steps below as possible fixes for the same issue in a different game. However, they aren't guaranteed as some users reported still receiving the error after going through the steps.
Suggestion 1
- Sign in to Xbox.com
- Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).
- Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.
- Select the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.
- Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Block", and then select Submit to save the changes.
Note: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved. - Then sign back in and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.
- Wait up to 24 hours to make sure the changes will be applied.
- After signing out, sign in back into the game then check if you will be able to access the game's multiplayer feature.
Suggestion 2
- Check privacy settings: Make sure your Microsoft account privacy settings allow online multiplayer games. You can confirm this by visiting the Microsoft privacy settings page.
- Resync account: Try signing out of your account and then signing back in. This helps ensure that all settings are synced correctly.
- Check age settings: Sometimes, accounts may be mistakenly identified as underage. If you accidentally entered the wrong date of birth, make sure your account shows that you are over 18 years old.
- Update games and system: Make sure your games and Windows system are up to date. Updates may fix some potential problems.
- Reset network settings: Try resetting your network settings, which can help resolve connection issues.
