Spam Abilities to Stagger It
The Undertaker is a fairly easy boss fight as it doesn't boast a huge amount of HP and defense, so weakening and staggering it by spamming your abilities should be an easy task. Its moves and attack patterns are also predictable so you can simply time a precision dodge whenever he takes a swing at you.
Additionally, you can mix and match abilities by swapping between Eikons to create powerful combos to maximize your damage potential!
Use Deadly Embrace When Partially Staggered
As soon as you deplete its Will Gauge to 50% it will become partially staggered for a few seconds. Switch to Garuda's abilities and use Deadly Embrace to knock it down even further, allotting you more precious time to land your hits.
Avoid the Spirits Within Attack
During the Spirits Within attack, it will discharge a blue energy beam while slowly rotating itself around the arena. You can either precision dodge through it as you won't take any damage if timed correctly, or you can run in a counterclockwise direction to avoid getting caught in it.
Use Phoenix Shift to Dodge Away From the Beam
Alternatively, you can also use Phoenix Shift to dash away and create some breathing space after its beam ability ends so as not to get struck down by one of its follow-up attacks.

Jump to Evade Blue Energy Waves
It can also leap in the air and slam the ground, releasing a wave of blue energy which can damage you if you get hit by it. Simply press the Jump button to avoid it, then ready up your dodge button as the Undertaker will charge towards you afterwards!
Run Around During Exhume
The Undertaker will raise its arms and slam the ground during Exhume, staggering Clive for a few seconds. Energy particles will then emerge from the ground so keep an eye out for blue auras forming within the area and avoid going near those as they'll explode after a short period of time!
