Talk to Harpocrates at the library in the hideaway.

Travel to Rikmal
Fast travel to the Eistla obelisk, then travel west to Rikmal Roost, near the Angry Gap.

FF16 - Search for a wild wyvern tail near Rikmal
Search for a wild wyvern tail near Rikmal's Roost.
Gather the wild wyvern tail, which is located by some flowers in the area.

FF16 - Deliver the wild wyvern tail to Harpocrates
Deliver the wild wyvern tail to Harpocrates.
Return to the hideaway and talk to Harpocrates again.
