Final Fantasy XVI DLC - Sagespire

The official DLC packs for Final Fantasy XVI are now available on all platforms!

The first DLC pack, Echoes of the Fallen, sent Clive to delve through a long-abandoned Fallen tower called the Sagespire, ready to confront the terrible secrets within. It launched on PS5 on December 8, 2023 and was available alongside the PC and Xbox editions of the game.

The second DLC pack, The Rising Tide, debuted an entire new region called Mysidia, where Clive and his companions must seek out the long-lost Eikon of Water, Leviathan, and its Dominant. It launched on PS5 on April 18, 2024 and was sold alongside the PC and Xbox editions upon launch.

Leviathan Appears in The Rising Tide

FF16 - Leviathan Ambition Trailer

The Ambition trailer showed off a serpentine creature that resembles Leviathan the Lost, who is usually associated with the element of Water. The Circle of Malius also portrays a sketch of the Leviathan alongside other Eikons, so it's confirmed that it exists in the game's story but plays no vital role.

Leviathan appeared in The Rising Tide's main quest, as Clive and party visit the land of Mysidia.
