Nearest Obelisk	The Dragon's Aery

The Bomb King is located in The Crock, in the north part of The Imperial Chase in The Holy Empire of Sanbreque. The nearest fast travel obelisk is The Dragon's Aery.

Upon fast traveling to Dragon's Aery's obelisk, head west until you find a wall with stone bricks and a broken metal gate. Head inside, and you'll enter The Imperial Chase.

Continue moving forward through the forest until you see another wall with stone bricks, only this time, with metal fences and without a gate. Open the local map by pressing the Touchpad, and you'll see another path close to you.

Follow that path until you reach the end, and you'll encounter the Bomb King.

You can find the Bomb King during the Weird Science side quest, which is unlocked after completing the main quest Letting Off Steam III (sub quest of Out of the Shadow).

Avoid the Area Where Coronation Hits Keep Distance from the King Justice Summons He Has No Will Gauge, So He Can't Be Staggered Don't Forget to Pick Up the Event Item After the Battle

Avoid the Area Where Coronation Hits

Bomb King's Coronation special attack is a big but slow projectile that leaves a burning area where it hits. The fireball should be easy to avoid by simply running away.

The burning area will stay there for a while, so just be mindful and don't walk into it.

Keep Distance from the King Justice Summons

Bomb King's King Justice is a move where a bunch of weaker Bomb enemies gets summoned. After their HP gets depleted or a set amount of time passes, they will self-destruct.

It's useless attacking them since they'll self-destruct later anyway, so just avoid them if you can. Don't be close when they explode, though, since they deal a lot of damage!

He Has No Will Gauge, So He Can't Be Staggered

You'll notice that Bomb King has no Will Gauge, so you won't have an opportunity to stagger him. Abilities with a high stagger rating will be less effective in the battle.

Don't Forget to Pick Up the Event Item After the Battle

Bomb King drops an item needed to finish the quest. Remember to pick it up after the battle so you don't have to come back for it again.

A Cursebreaker aiming for the Imperial Chase took a wrong turn into a nearby wood, within which she discovered the ruins of a Fallen airship—and within them, a beast akin to a great ball of fire that chased her screaming from the grove. The soldier later identified the creature in an almanac of echoes, but was firm in her insistence that the “bomb” she saw was near ten times the size of the one depicted therein.
