How to Unlock Ramuh
Complete The Crystal's Curse
Ramuh can be acquired by completing The Crystal's Curse main quest. However, the Eikon's abilities in the Ability tree will only be available for Clive to upgrade and use at the start of the next main quest, Cid the Outlaw.

Ramuh grants Clive 5 total Abilities that he can learn and use in combat. In order to learn and master all of Ramuh's Abilities, it would require the player to rack up a total of 16,320 Abilitiy Points.
Be sure to farm for AP by equipping The Wages of Warcraft accessory and beating Bluebirds to quickly earn AP and unlock all of Ramuh's Abilities!

Ramuh will be able to unlock more powerful Lightning-based attacks by gaining Ability Points from defeated enemies!
Clive will be able to access Ramuh's Lightning-based skill tree throughout the rest of the game once players unlock the Eikon.

How to Use Ramuh
Equip Ramuh's Eikonic Abilities
Since Clive isn't Ramuh's Dominant, he will not be able to transform into Ramuh but instead gain access to his Lightning-based attacks after obtaining his essence.
After acquiring Ramuh, this Eikon's abilities will be unlocked in the Abilities menu and be available for upgrade. You can then equip them to Clive and use his attacks in combat.
Ramuh Connections to Cidolfus
Inherited by Cidolfus Telamon
Ramuh is inherited by the dominant, Cidolfus, who is unafiliated with any major kingdom. Once a soldier of the Waloed Kingdom, Cidolfus ran away from the life of a soldier and was deemed an outlaw.
He is now a man of science hoping to build a better world for dominants who have been exploited as weapons of mass destruction. He is also the owner of Cid's Hideaway, the central hub for players to accept sidequests.
