Cut from the Cloth can be found in the Boarding Deck at the Hideaway after starting the After the Storm main quest.
Which Cloth Should You Pick?
Choosing Any Doesn't Affect the Outcome

| Black embroidered linen | Quest ends with 50 Steelsilk as the reward. |
| White continental silk | Quest ends with 50 Steelsilk as the reward. |
| Lush red velvet | Quest ends with 50 Steelsilk as the reward. |
When Hortense asks you which cloth is most to your liking?, answering any of the three given choices will not affect the ending or reward of the quest.
All three cloth dialogue options lead to her saying, I've a mind to give a piece to Jill, and you receiving 50 Steelsilk as a reward.

How to Complete Cut from the Cloth
| Walkthrough | |

| 1 |  Visit the draper in Northreach. Fast travel to the Northreach obelisk and talk to the draper in the market. |
| 2 |  Search the road for the missing caravan. Fast travel to the Glorieuse obelisk south of Northreach, then head northeast to the caravan. |
| 3 |  Talk to the trader by the caravan. |
| 4 |  Defeat "Killer". Defeat the bandit, Killer, to progress. |
| 5 |  Deliver the cloth to Hortense. Fast travel back to the Hideaway and deliver the cloth to Hortense to finish the quest. |
