Investigate Doeznov Terraces.
Travel to the hot springs in Doeznov Terraces south of The Dalimil.

FF16 - bombs in Doeznov Terraces
Slay the bombs.
Defeat the bombs and their reinforcements.

FF16 - reporting back to Xavier
Speak with Xavier in Dalimil.
Fast travel to The Dalimil Inn obelisk and report back to Xavier to complete the quest.
