The Grim Reaper can be located in Cape Orsiere at the Holy Empire of Sanbreque. Players can proceed to this area quickly by fast traveling to the nearest Obelisk, Royal Meadows.

What to Do if the Prince of Death is Not Showing Up

Note that the Prince of Death will only show up by completing the Under New Management I and Under New Management II side quests, as well as speaking with Jill before you make for Origin during the Back to Their Origin.

Failing to complete these prerequisites will only spawn normal enemies at the given location instead of the hunt boss.
