Make for Mikkelburg.
Fast travel to the Eistla obelisk and go southeast to Mikkelburg, near Halfcombe.

FF16 - Find the Third Chair
Find the Third Chair.
Go inside the house west of town and talk to the Hooded Man inside.

FF16 - Slay the echoes
Slay the echoes.
Defeat all the echoes to proceed.

FF16 - Deliver the Third Chair
Deliver the Third Chair's report to Cyril.
Return and talk to Cyril to finish the quest.
