Walkthrough

Make for Mikkelburg.
Fast travel to the Eistla obelisk and go southeast to Mikkelburg, near Halfcombe.

Find the Third Chair.
Go inside the house west of town and talk to the Hooded Man inside.

Slay the echoes.
Defeat all the echoes to proceed.
4
Deliver the Third Chair's report to Cyril.
Return and talk to Cyril to finish the quest.
