Fast travel to the Martha's Rest obelisk and talk to Rutherford at the Golden Stables.

Search for Rutherford's Colleague in Dalimil.
Fast travel to the Dalimil Inn obelisk and go south until you encounter the mutinous soldiers.

FF16 - Slay the mutinous soldiers
Slay the mutinous soldiers.
Defeat all the mutinous soldiers to proceed.

FF16 - FF16 - Search for Rutherford
Search for Rutherford's colleague in Northreach.
Fast travel to the Northreach obelisk and go east until you see the man sitting beside the road.

Search for Rockford's assailants.
Go south towards the gate to find the assailants.
