Both Golden Section and Saber Dance are special attacks where the Breaker of Worlds swings a huge energy sword. This sword will damage a very large area around it. It's possible but very hard to avoid these attacks by running away.
To avoid taking damage, ready yourself when Atlas summons its huge energy sword, then dodge at the right time or use Titanic Block when Atlas swings.
During Atlas's Celestial Sphere special attack, a ring of glowing circles will appear on the ground, and after a delay, energy beams will fall towards these circles. The delay is long enough that you can simply run into or out of the ring without trouble.
However, the Breaker of Worlds won't be idle during the special attack's duration; it will also be active using other attacks, even special attacks like Golden Section. Watch Atlas to avoid its attacks while also being mindful not to get hit by Celestial Sphere.
Atlas's melee attacks might be dangerous, but they have slow windup times and recovery times. Focus on avoiding when he's attacking, then unleash your abilities when you get an opening when he recovers.
If you're having difficulty dodging Atlas's attacks, Titanic Block is a good alternative to dodging! It doesn't have a cooldown, and while you can time it to get a Precision Block, you can choose not to and simply hold it.
As an S-Rank Mark, the Breaker of Worlds is a very tough opponent. Make sure to carry lots of potions when you fight it, especially when your level is much lower than its level.
