How to Complete Friend of the People

Walkthrough

Deliver the comestibles to the Bearers.
The first bearer is healing a soldier at the training grounds. You'll be unable to give him the comestible at this time, so proceed to the other bearers for now.

The second bearer is hanging clothes at the clotheslines northeast from the first bearer.

The third bearer is working the forge at The Dragon's Armer.

Go back to the first bearer at the training grounds. You'll now be able to give him the comestible.
5
Report to the Veil.
After delivering to all three bearers, go to the Veil Courtesan located to the south of The Veil.
