How to Unlock

FF16 - training with Rodney in Pride

Sunrise, Sunset starts after your training with Rodney in the main quest Pride, the game's basic combat tutorial section. This quest is mostly custscene and will unlock two features that will help you with the story.

FF16 - Potion on a barrel
Make for the throne room
As soon as you take control, turn left and grab the Potion on the barrel next to a tent.

FF16 - path to the Down Gardens
Continue heading left until you reach the stairs past the training grounds where there will be a short cutscene.

Take note that, in some quests, an objective marker is not present. This is the best time to use Animal Instinct by holding L3 to redirect you and your screen to where you should go next.

FF16 - High Potion above the training grounds
Before you proceed through the door, turn left again and up the walkway above the training grounds. Near the end is a High Potion lying on the ground.

Now, go through the door to reach The Down Gardens.

FF16 - Potion at the other side of the garden
There's another Potion at the other side of the garden that you can pick up before you enter the building. Once you're inside, enter the guarded double door to reach the throne room.

Active Time Lore or ATL will be unlocked after the cutscene in the throne room. Holding the touchpad pulls up a screen where you can learn more about your current location as well as other relevant topics.

Go up the stairs on your right and follow the path to your room.

Make for Stillwind
In the world map, move the cursor to Stillwind and travel there to complete the quest.
