Meet Havel at the gates of Ran'dellah.
Fast travel to the Boklad obelisk and go far south towards Ran'dellah.

FF16 - Slay the turncloak soldiers
Slay the turncloak soldiers.
Defeat all the soldiers to proceed.

FF16 - Speak with Quinten in Gaultand Bales
Speak with Quinten in Gaultand Bales.
Fast travel to the Lostwing obelisk, then go to Gaultand's Bales to the west and talk to Quinten.
