The State of the Realm is the documentation of the activity of characters of FF16, managed by Vivian the scholar.

You'll be able to view comprehensive map diagrams of the characters during significant story events, and selecting a character allows you to view their entire history of activity. You'll also be able to see how these characters relate or interacted with each other during each event.
