Unlock Ultima After The Rising Tide

Clive with Ultima Powers

Ultima's divine powers are only available once you clear the game for the first time, and after clearing The Rising Tide DLC.

After loading a clear save you will be prompted to visit the Arete Stone. There you will see a cutscene that unlocks Ultima's powers for Clive's use.
