The Man in Black can be located in Cellar Passage at the Holy Empire of Sanbreque. Players can proceed to this area quickly by fast traveling to the nearest Obelisk, Lostwing.

How to Get to Holy Trumpitour's Location

To get to Holy Trumpitour's location, first, fast travel to the Lostwing obelisk in Sanbreque. Then, go east until you reach the entrance of an underground passage (see the video above for reference).

Upon entering the passage, just keep going forward; the way here is straightforward, and you should find Holy Trumpitour at the end of the passage.

Move Sideways to Avoid Recoil Crystal

During Holy Trumpitour's Recoil special attack, he will jump towards you and smash his mortar to the ground; moments after, crystals will erupt in front of that spot on the ground. He'll repeat this attack two more times.

Since the crystal eruption will appear in front of the mortar, it's unwise to move backwards when he does a Recoil attack. Instead, move sideways from the jump direction to avoid the crystal eruption. Aim to get beside him so you can get a few hits in while he's readying for another jump.

Interrupt Rocketeer with Titanic Block

During Rocketeer, Holy Trumpitour will repeatedly rush at you until he hits you or until he rushes three times. If you dodge a rush, he'll just rush towards you again.

To end Rocketeer early, use Titanic Block to absorb the attack, since it counts as you getting hit by it.
