How to Complete Tears of Mercy

FF16 - Speak with Tarja
Speak with Tarja.
Talk to Tarja nearby.

FF16 - Go to miteling area
Fast travel to the Lostwing obelisk, then go far northeast to reach the miteling area.

FF16 - Slay a miteling for its eye
Slay a miteling for its eye.
Slay all the enemies in the area (you need to defeat them all to get the eye).

FF16 - Deliver the eye to Rodrigue in the hideaway
Deliver the eye to Rodrigue in the hideaway's infirmary.
Return to the Hideaway and talk to Rodrigue to finish the quest.
